Good on you Heidi, it takes guts to stand up when the general feeling is against you. In this particular circumstance I would agree Mr Kawasuki has been wrongly done by and I wish him all the best in his court case.

I first learnt to ride with you in Canberra when you showed me a few of the tracks, shame we didn't keep up the riding.

Hopefully you'll get up here to Brisvegas one day and we can go for a ride.

Welcome Snowy. What were you riding and did you go by another name at the time? Or, WHO ARE YOU, and I'd love a drink next time I'm in BrisVegas.

Case adjourned till 26 th April. One little thing is what the Hwy man said on his incare vid. He told the driver who got done for the mobole Ph. quote " we can stop anywere we like" WRONG. I heard from the poice commisioner on a radio show a hwy policeman when pulling over a car for a small offence (not extreme) MUST NOT add any danger to the public.

we were travelling up to towoomba last weekend for a race and before we got to the hill climb (people who have been there know what i mean) there was a marked police car parked directly in the center of the left lane! he had no one pulled over and was not using a radar gun!! it was so weird!! than when we drove past with the race car he followed us and sat beside the truck staring at the race car it was the weiderst afternoon

Well went to court today with the Witness and the charge of Hinder police was dismissed. The Judge did believe the defendants side of the story. Now its my turn .

Good to hear the bullshit charge was dropped Ray, hope the judge takes the coppers to the bloody cleaners, all the best and please keep us informed.

Maybe the next judge will. Got a meeting in the city with the right type of solicitors for what i need. This could get interesting. My barrister Shane McAnulty made the copper look like a fumbling liar (which he was)
and there prosecutor thought he was allan shaw(Boston Legal). To much TV .

I know this is an old topic but I have never seen a follow up to say whether it has been resolved or whether it is still ongoing.
Have been around for quite a while and seen many people start proceedings against cops, but very few of them ever seem to reach a conclusion.
As is evident every day (Qld now) they are able to colude with their mates, fabricate evidence, lie or let cases drag on until they can't remember.
Revenue raising parasites, that think they are the law not there to uphold it.

The case was dismissed .all charges dropped (my cost $2750). The solicitor wants $25000 up front for me to carry on against the coppers I said forget it ,now if they said if I loose no $$ i would have gone ahead.
