Wayne from tuneboy called me a few months ago and asked if he could borrow my bike (K8) to use as a test mule, I gave him the go ahead and said he could have the piece of shit for as long as he wanted. He was in the middle of moving house and said he would call me back to set up the hand over, heard nothing since.

If anyone has his number call him and give him mine again - the offer still stands.

Starting to wonder if the Tune boy gear for the Busa's is ever going to happen??? When I last contacted them about it they said they were waiting for some cable parts and it wouldn't be too much longer............couple of months have passed. Still no word.

Fellers not sure if you heard anything about these but sounds like another power commander is on the way.

Guy by the name of Patrick from the states posted this on the PSB Website over here in WA - http://www.superbiketoystore.com/

New Power Commander to be Released

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

HEADS UP! Dynojet is releasing a new Power Commander that's smaller, more powerful, and modular like the Bazzaz. Here are the details;

Features;

* Reduced size from PCIIIusb (less than half of the size of PCIII)
* USB powered from computer (9 volt adapter is no longer needed for programming)
* 2 position map switching function built in (map switch not included)
* Gear/Speed input (allows for map adjustment based on gear and speed)
* Analog input (allows user to install any 0-5 volt sensor and build an adjustment table based on its input such as boost or temperature)
* With gear position input connected the PCV is capable of allowing each cylinder to be mapped individually and for each gear (for example: on a 4 cylinder bike with a six speed transmission there could be up to 24 separate fuel tables).
* Unit has a -100/+250% fuel change range (up from -100/+100%). This allows more adjustment range for 8 injector sportbikes
* 10 throttle position columns (up from 9 on PCIIIusb)
* Enhanced “accel pump” utility (increased adjustment and sensitivity ranges)

Auto Tune for PCV (all models);

* “Auto Tune” kit will be available that includes Wide Band O2 sensor(s) and control box(es). It will plug directly into the PCV and allow automatic fuel adjustments.
* It can make a map for each gear and on a Harley Davidson models it can map each cylinder separately for each gear if needed. (basic settings would make one map for all gears)
* Each map cell is individually adjustable so you can specify an exact AFR value for each area if needed.

Wow - so Power Commander have finally updated to the Motty specs that I have been running for over a year now, all this is default (and more) in the motty plus Bazzaz are way ahead as well. Intersting that the biggest AFR maker have finally decided to update guess they noticed that many of us have moved on from out dated gear.
Egos; everyone got one

Yes, we've all been to that " ECU Hacking " website.

Once you put one of these WEGO3 deals on (as attached) you'll need a set of these good anchors, only 2700 landed in Aussie for the full K8 race system, although they don't seem to do the K8 Race System anymore although they did for me:- http://www.pfmbrakes.com/

Problem with those Bazzaz Units, you can't trim the fuel to each injector like the Powercommander which would kind of make 4 x EGT gauges useless.

My next purchase after the last lot of electronics (not at liberty to discuss) are fitted.
Best regards
Nutcase (Certified)
Black Zook, If ya mate requires a "Hackers Toolbox" let me know.
I'll need one of em for the Stroker motor with stock injecters on primary rail & big mongrels on top rail.
Either that or 2 x Powercommanders.
Have a nice day.

Reflash is good for somethings but way too slow for most.
