I got a phone call from busgo today to meet him at forest elbow on mt panorama,seen all the minis pulled up asked where ray was, a friend of his said he is down on the chase talking to someone in a uniform (hes been naughty)luckily he was not on the busa could have been worse a lot worse, could have been me.lol

Did you see the green commodore parked in the driveway at the end of mountain straight(unmarked hwp) i was doing 80 when i passed him in the GT ,they must have been after those little cars only.Bloody trouble makers from the coast LOL.how was the drive to taralga the mini would be great around those corners,nearly as good as a 99 busa.(red&black)

You're right nothing touches the busa for a thrill but I can never use all that power on it in the tight corners.
Also, MRS B doesn't like the bike and loves the car.
In 2nd, 3rd and 4th gear the S sprints like a bike to redline anyway and outcorners to boot!

It would put a smile on any bike rider's dial, no worries.

your mini is huge.its like the tardis.i was surprised when it fitted hubby quiet well.surprising what bigger cars dont fit him like range rovers and hiluxes..
needs too chop some of his legs off.


yes i got told there was a blitz to introduce the new penalities.
daughter got done 51 in a 50 zone. friends daughter 62 in a 60 zone.
its harsh since being p platers they only have 7 points and they loose 4.
they cant fart without loosing their licence from now on.
may as well move to victoria because their coppers are bad like that.speeding cam got hubs doing 4 kms over about a year ago.

well wentt riding today and i,m sure many licences could have been lost....oh well mad like that.when you ride bikes

The new laws 2 speeding fines 2 speeding no matter what the points are & u r gooooone on p's that is, even if they get donw twice for one pointer fines, that sucks

daughters on her greens.i read some of the rta website but the fine cost is $197.on web it says it should be $87.
apparently she will loose 4 points. the biggy is she isnt sure weather she was in a school zone.on the ticket it has scribbled 51/50.
so we are guessing she was booked just outside the zone..
yes simo its pretty harsh since they dont have many points to with and i dont really want to chauffer her to work

Shame you got pulled, would have been fun in the Mini though.

If I thought we could have got away with it I would have met you with the VW Golf GTI and then it would have been on for young and old.

Is your Mini chipped or standard. The GTI is standard at the moment, I am thinking of doing the chip trial and seeing if it's really worth it. The output goes from 147kW to 180kW......FUN!!!
