It takes a few days to get into it, first time I walked into the heated room. my thoughts were omg this is so hot. I was a bag of mess, half way through my first class. The main thing is to get used to being in the heated room. Even if you can't manage all of the postures, just lye on your yoga mat and sit it out until the next posture. Drink water before during and after classes and a empty tummy when practicing Bikram Yoga! or you will know it!!! By the end of your 1st class, it does become easier. You will be amazed at how far the human body can stretch. Bikram Yoga brings out your best! The teachers a fantastic and always helpful! I wish you were here with me for 3 months I have you wearing a size 8 in no time

mutha you can have my body for three months..but i do need it back eventually..
size 8 neverr!!!!!! been a size 10 and my height i looked anorexic.yuck noffin worse than shagging a bag of bones,or so hubby says.god love him. lost 7 kilos since you last saw me.just stopped eating,or to be truthful cant be bothered. hubs happy because i havent lost it in the places he likes.lol but then lost it in places i didnt need too. argh fussy bugger aint i. but yes the birkham yoga does sound great.i love to get a good sweat up because your pores clean out and toxins are lost. limited here with health classes.. wolfie and bikkie miss gassick..although i reckon he will make up for when you lot come up next..i cant wait it will be awesome.

hello gnarbies.
well back from back o burke. love cobar.its clean and nice ppl. bourke is very different and apparently briwarrina is faily scary for women. i would move to cobar in a flash.. like minded people and friendly |
