Fork rebuild?

I'm looking at picking up a set of 05 Busa forks for the TLR and was wondering if there is any alternative to racetech stuff that is made locally but is at a decent price?
i have racetech springs, goldvalves and seals in my TLR forks and love how they handle but badly want the gold TiN off the Busa
unless you guys know of anywhere that does TiN (titanium nitride) coating at a very decent price?
