I thought the date was 4/ 5/ 6 December. Seen lots of ideas thrown around for places to go but no survey. Fuggit- im gonna say that i will ride down to tathra on the first weekend in december anyway. anyone who wants to join me is welcome but because i couldn't organise a f*** in a brothel with a fistful of fifties i will graciously leave it up to someone with better skills to arrange something proper if enough people get interested.
Ludicrous speed- go!

Well I'm committed to the Charity Snowy Ride in the first week of November so that won't change for me.
BUT. A run to Tathra in December sounds good too! Even just down on Saturday and home on Sunday would be better than nothing.

I don't think it s a negative comment Max. The members just want a location to start planning.
It looks like Tathra was the most popular place from the discussions, even though it wasn't central.

I thought the original idea was, Once we had set the date, which we
have done, we were going to have a poll to choose one out of about four suggested locations. Is this still going to happen ? It really dosn't matter to me, I'll go anywhere, but it would be nice to settle on where so we can do some planning. If Wisdom Comes with Age , I'm one of the Smartest Blokes Here

Nevertheless Im with Max on this one theres no need for disparaging remarks and calling them duds. One could simple have asked nicely "well whats happening fellas" but to already pass judgement and call them duds is unfair and uncalled for. Offering to help out would have been a better alternative. BUT AGAIN LETS NOT MAKE THIS THE WHAT CHEEKY SAID THREAD. But some feedback from the canberra group who took upon themselves to organise the event, would be appreciated. And if for some reason you are unable to then best let us know. Keep it civil ppl......pleaseeeeeeeeeee

Greeny has hit the nail on the head. We now should put up the locations available so we all can have a choice.

Well, yes I agree the dud comment was uncalled for but I think cheeky is speaking for the quiet majority waiting on a poll for location and in fact she has offered to run it if no one else does.
I have already told Heidi that I will help in any way that I can once a date and location are announced.

Thanks for the offer of support Ray, it really is appreciated. If Cheeky comes to drinks Monday night as she has said she will she will see where we are headed with this. We have been having planning and believe we have more than sufficient time to get this done guys. Your patience would be appreciated. Needless to say there will be speed involved if things go the way we would like them to go. Cheers Max
