Well the sun didn't shine last Saturday and I'm off to Jindy this weekend. If any other lurkers in Newcastle want to 'Keep the faith' this weekend, our latte spot is the strip opposite the Delany Hotel in Derby St.
I'll be back for a cuppa on the 10th Dec.

I got back from Jindy safe and sound Mark. Yep about 1600ks for me too.
Will need to clean out all my fuel filters though because the bike is starting to get vapour lock at high temps from the fuel not being able to get through.
Simmo tells me there are 8 separate filters in the 99 Busa.
Looks like a big job.
I will be at Latte this weekend weather permitting.

Gday ray.Glad you made it back in 1 piece. Two other busas showed up Saturday 3.12. Both from Morriset way. Had a good chat and coffees and hooked up with one of them at the toy run on Sunday. Must have been 2000 bikes there!
Wife and I will try to be there at 10am on the 12.12. Hope to catch up with you.

Pan, A day trip to Bathurst is pushing the limits from Newcastle. An overnighter is certainly on the cards though.
Besides we have our own "Uncontrolled mountain" near Newcastle that we can blat around all day if we wish.
You are welcome to come and try.

With this heatwave we are in at Newcastle. I will do the coffee thingy again this Saturday at about 10:30am if it isn't too hot. If it is a nice day and anyone is interested, we could head down to the Catho Pub for lunch or a drink.
