My wife organised the deal on my K8. $17800 ride away with 12 months rego (no trade-in).

Keeping in mind I paid $17300 ride away with 12 months rego for my ZZR1100 back in 1996.

Some people are like Slinkies ... not really good for anything, but you can't help smiling when you see one tumble down the stairs.

Wish i'd gone to Penrith to get mine now- Simmo did well for NSW! I was originally told around $21 on road so i thought 18 cash was pretty good. Me thinks the lower prices- especially in Qld- might have something to do with taxes. Oh well i can still feel good about putting some money into the local economy- between the busa and the pub i've done my bit.

If there is a trade, then its the change over money you give the dealer that counts, not the price of the new bike.

Second hand $13k with 5200km on the clock. I was really hankering for a BKing but when this came along just bought it with out thinking, seeing that it was a good deal. 90% of the time I'm happy I got it, sometimes I wish I had gone the BKing, although those times are getting fewer all the time!!!
