"A COURT jester of the motorcycle world, talented superbike star Judd Greedy was yesterday mourned by friends and colleagues of the Sunshine Coast motorcycling fraternity

Mr Greedy died on Sunday after he crashed during the Australian 600 Super Sport series in Tasmania and was struck by two following riders.

His friend and employer Jaime Muggeridge of the Sunstate Motorcycle Store in Maroochydore said Greedy was well-known as a personality-plus figure both at work and through the wider industry.

"He was the court jester, just a very funny bloke," Mr Muggeridge said.

Greedy headed up finance and administration for the four years he worked for Muggeridge and struck up friendships with customers, suppliers and anyone else connected with the motorcycling fraternity.

"He touched a lot of people in the time he worked here," Mr Muggeridge said.

"I was friends with him for about eight years and he worked for us for about four years."

Judds web page described him as a personable, well presented young racer whose fierce competitive spirit would put him at the forefront of the Australian Superbike Championship.

Judd moved to the Sunshine Coast from Maitland in New South Wales where his parents and immediate family still live."

His accident was reported on our local news today and I didn't realise until then who he was.
I hope the other guys are ok too.
"If time catches up with you. You're going too slow!"
