twice in two days

i do the daily comute from goldy to brissy on the busa.
yesterday a prick in a bmw changes lane right on top of me( i am level with his drivers window when he decides to change. next second i have hooked hard right trying to stop his mirrors from hitting me, thank *#@% there was no traffic in the next lane beside me or i was dead, driver just gives a little shug and sorry whilst i am abusing him

now today

red F%#*ing magna does the same thing again on the f*&^ing phone.. twice in two days my 7 kids were almost orphaned due to fuckwit drivers, thankfully a guy a gsxer 750 saw it happen today and abused the driver also.

this was no blind spot mirror near miss this was i am on the phone dont give a shit driving

f*** it from now on i'll see if they can dodge a hand full of spark plugs or bolts f*** em

both times i was cruising with the traffic sitting on the speed limit in areas where the cops often patrol

this never happens when i am riding quicker then the rest of the traffic rather then sitting with them, i would rather risk a fine then the risk of not seeing my kids due to another shit cage driver.

talking on the phone instant licence loss, changing lanes not in saftey instant licence loss.pity helps the next c*** who does this to me..perhaps replacing a windscreen might jolt his f*&^ing memory to look rather then talk

Has happened many times to me too mate. Often an Alpinestar into the door or mirror reminds them no to do it again. My old man used to ride around with a pocket full of 15mm ball bearings for just such occassions. Lol2

YOu have hit the nail on the head with your statement - This never happens when your traveling faster than traffic or lane split to the front at lights - you simply put yourself in the safest possible position available to you, If you were at work your OH&S would expect you to take such actions as to not injure yourself or put yourself in harms way - same should apply to the road IMO

Reminds me of a time when i was once a motorcycle courier in Sydney, i was riding along William street and some knob jockey decided to change lanes on top of me, rubbed against my knee, at the lights he had the audacity to abuse ME! so i got off the bike and as i walked over to his car the coward rolled his window up so i just punched out his window, turned his car off and took the keys.... "see yaaaaaa" lol proceeded to the harbour bridge and tossed them on the train tracks.... Problem solved
