i joined a good gym a few weeks ago so i,m on the way too new and improved woman.well at least more toned body.i love weights not too keen on the cardio but i know its good for me.so is red wine i hear.lordy means i need another top up heheheheh...be right back ....
i,m lucky that i have lovley legs so the thighs no probs.had two personal trainer sessions so far and he is yummy(he can train me for anything)doing trainer weight session on monday so i know everything will hurt but in a great way.dont mind a lil pain..
i have a picture in my mind of your car.i have forgotten what make it is either a bmw or merc but guessing an alfa romeo seats 4 ppl ony just..really a two seater.sexy lil beast with big price tag..i,m guessing your on a good wicket because you travell a fair bit and health is the way to go for big bucks......the colour of car not red but maybe black or a dark grey with nice set of rimms

I had 6 months with a major quad injury this year. No so good for the rest of me ha ha.
Although have finally found a karate club that's so my style, so back into fierce training and (cross fingers) national comps again, sigh it feels so good and it hurts so bad (sigh )

I thought I'd posted this earlier but no can find. Sorry if I've doubled up and Sorry to disappoint (actually you may hate me for this) but not womens health. It's for everyone but, I have a client base that is mostly male, something like 76 to 1, only because my background is major construction and mining (no I'm not an engineer!) so my contacts and clients are in that industry..... . Damn, it's a tough job but someone has to do it...... really, they're an excellent bunch.
Good for you! Take no prisioners!  Go the cardio. It gets easier and it's great for your sex drive..... 
No, not a BM or Merc! I can't say any more or I'll give it away (this is going to hurt me more than it hurts you guys!).  Astro got the colour earlier today.
