Surface scratch on Muffler
#1
It has finally happened, My FIRST SCRATCH.
Dam, last night when I got home from worki at 2 in the morning, I scratched my R/H/S outer part of the muffler just after the chrome shield.

Does anyone know what would be the colour code might be on the standard mufflers ?

I suggest you just cover it with a bit of black marker to take the painful sight away if they are only temp cans.

Hi Vellaterra, I finally venture to another thread, only cuz it's worth it...deepest condolences... Did the same to my front under spoiler the other day, my fault. Guess I'll learn to live with the guilt but it's gonna take time.....

I came out a week ago to find some drag marks and a good dent on my left can, and only weeks old. Some f%$# has trolleyed my bike in a shopping centre when I was XMAS shopping. Been too painful to bring it up until now. What a pisser.

If these are stock Gen II cans that are damaged, I'm sure that there are shitloads of spares already floating around.

Yeah, buy second hand. My mechanic did the quote for the repairs from my high side, one can = $1500 from Suzuki!!!

Are you dead set sold on Yoshi's only? I ask this as I see that Dirtwerx are having specials on the K8/K9 Two Brothers Racing Systems.

I think they are throwing in a Two Brothers Racing JUICE BOX Fuel Controller with every full system. Not a bad price Pi_thumbsup

P.S. The Two Bros give out a "Sweet Sensation"
