I'm polishing another part on the busa now, see if the copycats can keep up eh Rob. It's a bit harder though as I cannot ride the thing whilst I polish this bit. You're all welcome to guess. if I dont have it together on Wednesday night I will be on foot.

Clue, I've already stripped it and hooked into it with the palm sander. 150gt wet and dry is my friend. Regards

Yeah it's the chain for the bondage session with the jellywrestler. Pan is the closest so far. The right mirror is pristine.


Got the quotes for the parts today too..........ouch!!!!!

Ok guys, will spill the dosh on what I have been polishing.


This is the top triple tree cover off the mighty Busa. How to do it;

1. Remove the mongrel from the bike.
2. Chisel the Hayabusa thingy off. That becomes toast.
3. Paint stripper boys. pan you already know this step.
4. This thing is quite rough cast so 150gt in the palm sander
5. Then 240gt, 300gt, 400gt, 600gt, 1200gt.
6. The Mothers on the Pistol drill.
7. More mothers by rag. Take your time, watch telly and rub .
8. It's all just time, cost is bugger all. Buy 25 sheet packs for the wet and dry and you'll never buy it again. The sander is $49 from bunnings.

More useless tid bits of info. Now to send the bastard away to be chromed.

I'm going to fugen unbolt yours simmo and bolt it onto mine whilst the groupies around the red/grey distract you. The Copper Silver groupies will be too pissed out of their brains because they have been sniffing the petrol out of your tank, hence the shitty mileage, to do anything about it.
