It has 1 Queen bed + 4 single bunks + SPA.
Once I have all rooms booked, I will notify the motel and they will then ask for confirmation. A deposit may be required. I will post any requirements up here.
I will need an Email address and a contactable phone number for each room that is reserved.

Just say the word and I will reserve you a room.
It appears that a couple may not be able to come along after all and that means that there may still be room available.
If anyone that has indicated that they will be there and have reason to pull out, please let me know as soon as possible because I have other people hanging for a room.
I will take a reserve list and confirm all the attendees straight after Jindy.

Now that Jindy has come and gone, there may be some that are keen to get up North (or South from QLD).
The Nymboida run is on the last weekend of March.
I have had a two room cancellation this morning due to a surprise wedding that two of the participants have been invited to on the Saturday.
So get in quick. If you are keen go back to the start of this thread and read all about last year's run and then follow up by ringing me to book a room.
We meet in Nymboida on the Friday arvo and leave Sunday morning to go home.

Ok, we may be back to two vacant rooms with another possible inability.
I am still taking names of interested thrillseekers.
It appears that another bike group are going to be camping just up the road from us, so we may have some company on the roads for the weekend.

At our meeting last night we settled on departure location and times from Newcastle.
The main group will meet at the Shell station at Heatherbrae at 8am for an 8:30 departure.
There will be a second group leaving late in the morning, probably around 11:30 and taking a shorter route to meet us at Ebor mid afternoon.
Mikii will lead the second group.
Just remember the dates Friday the 30th to Sunday the 1st.

Ok Thrillseekers,
Only 1 week to go before departure...
I have confirmed final numbers with the motel and all is shaping up for a great blast both on and off the road.
The motel will take payment on either arrival or departure, not quite sure.
Please do not miss this weekend if you have committed to me.
If it is TOO wet for the bikes, take a cage, we will still have a ball.
Rapid Magazine have confirmed that we have a lucky door prize of a 1 year subscription, so good luck everyone and thanks to Jeff Ware for the donation.
