I think the black VW is the van with the number plate recognition software in it. I saw it in Lillydale one day just as you come in and a swarm of red and blues pulling everyone over.

seen on Alexandra avenue (Melbourne) today in morning peak hour. even a busa won't be able to run away from a cop on one of them. Eek
