Took the plunge and brought a house in this overpriced town.



At least it won't be a rental!!!! I'd forgotten why I hated rentals!!!!

Rentals suck. At least when the bank owns it (mortgage like the rest of us) there's no one to tell you to move because the owner is: returning early, selling, renovating, etc.

After I just got over my brand spanker I sold after 2 yrs to live in a shack....
