Remove the baffles off the stock Cans? if so how big a job is this? just looking for some more sound while im saving up for a new system!

I've seen some OEM mufflers with just a few holes drilled in the back of the plates and they sound pretty good.

Is the hole in the outer plate? what is the hole size?

I drilled mine and it sounded pretty beefy, hardest part was breaking the spot weld on the reatiner bolts. Cant remember what size I drilled the holes but it was as big as I could get for the allowable room. i can get a pic and a measurement if you want.
There is no strong performance without a little fanaticism in the performer
