If you can flare the tubes it will gater air more readily but don't go to any extreme lengths as they work very well with a flat floor on the plenum. Looks to me that your design should work fine.

Says he will have it done this week. I got a bit over zealous and took the wiring harness right out I have pulled it apart and am rebuilding it for the new layout. I am moving all the electrics up to the front where the headlight used to be; battery, ECU,PC3, Wideband. Frees up the seat area for cut seat rails later on.Idiot2

Plenum done and it fits like a glove!!

Where are you? If you are in Perth I might be able to help but my first recommendation would be to get a wideband data logger. RCC Turbos or S&R Pro might help with a base map.
