Ok Maxie settle,
Bikram yoga is 26 poses performed in a heated room.

I've done a class every day, doing a 30 day challenge up to day 4 today.

It's hard yakka but very rewarding, I've been flying since I started. Fatman

You can do this in the comfort of your own home? or do you have to go and do it with a heap of other people?

You could do it at home as long as you can do all the poses and be able to heat the room to 38c.
I do it with the class that goes for 90 minutes. and a experienced Bikram yoga teacher, because I'm still learning.

Done day 5 today and lookin forward to day 6 at 6.am tomorrow morning.Fatman

Is that the yoga where you sort of jump up in the air with your legs crossed, seen somethin like it on Ripley's believe it or not. These guys were hurling themselves through the air and jumpin over bars an stuff but from the floor with their legs crossed.
