considering bringing a tank cam would that be a bad idea?
Havent got a gear sack and never been on one of these trips before so im just guessing i only need bring the bear basics,,

Tank cam is fine as long as your doing the right thing if you get
caught speeding then you & others could be in trouble if they take it for look.

Just take your basics ( something warm) i'll have some tools etc.
Just strap a back pac on ya rear seat & tie it to the hand rail Points & the lugs at the front of the seat.

set of allan keys
puncture repair kit.

But I can confirm a mate of mine Fred is coming along. And the Commercial now knows about. They said they aren't taking individual names, but are just keeping a count for Trix.

Apparently so far we have 7 according to reception, but she seemed to imply that meant 7 rooms. That sound right?

Got a phone call from the manager of the Commercial and he's got contractors coming in so he's given me some alternatives. Yes I know I booked first and I siced Tone onto him (letter going to the Hoteliers Association as we speak). However I suppose the man has to make money and ours doesn't seem good enough. OK I rang every single freaking motel in Biloela and got the following:

Biloela Apollo Motel, 36 Gladstone Road, Biloela
Call 4992 1122 ask for Lance if you want to change to a single room which is 90 bucks.
Triple share 45 each.
I booked 3 triple rooms under Shane + 2, Tim + 1 (could be 2) and Andy + 2
You guys can sort our who's in with who
If you want to make your own arrangements then by all means go ahead. I got a headache.
