You will probably find that the bike only had a bit over half a tank full of fuel at delivery.
I got a surprise on my second FULL tank and the light now comes on regularly at 320k and if I fill it immediately it only takes 16 litres.
You should be able to get 400 out of a full tank if you run it right down.
I'm also running the R77 cans but mine are stainless.
(If you haven't already, toss the baffles and feel the difference).

I got 330klm out on the highway and it took 17 litres to fill.
Normally get around the 220klm mark though.

What fuel consumption are you guys getting I only got 220kms before fuel light came on. I weigh 125kg though. How much in reserve? 30km-50km?
The bike weighs 220kg in dry weight plus your personal weight of 125kg so you are looking at around 360kg+ maybe that is why your fuel consumption is so low.It is pulling alot of weight so maybe getting rid of your stock exhaust(30kg) for a lighter 4-2-1 system like the brocks alien head(5kg)or similar would help your juice level to stay up by reducing the overall weight.

volvi still a 22 litre tank. i found when mine was running it in used more fuel. i have a rich "race map" from brocks in my bike at the moment and i still get 240k out of a tank with 15-16L to fill. ridden hard tho these things suck fuel like you wouldnt believe

I had about 2500 km on the bike and I weigh in at between 120 - 130 kg. Taking it easy sitting on 110 - 120 and the occassional 180 - 200(alot of boys in blue out and about that day). Had 220 km's on the big jigga for the day and put 10.15 L of fuel in it.

Yep, they seem to average 20k / litre, even in fairly spirited riding.
Around town they gobble up a bit more though.
