HELP REQUIRED in Sydney - locked my hump and can't open it!!!

Anyone done one before and managed to open it that can show me?
I installed new pipes today and was also replacing a worn bolt under the hump. Disconnected the lock and later shut it!!

There have been some solutions posted before Pan.

One didn't involve any damage to the bike.
If you do a bit of a search you will probably find it.

Another change on the Gen II bike is that the hump locks from the opposite direction.
So we may have to figure out how to open one of those as well.

I did the search for you and found Pete Pitstop's post.

Pan its tough but have a go.
I watched Pete Pistop do mine and he struggled because I had my wet weather stuff in there.
Don't laugh about the saw.
Some have actually drilled a hole under the guard to get in there and then put a plug in the hole!

It may take some time but with a coat hanger or ruler and your mouth the right way you'll get there.

G'day
a piece of wire coathanger with a hook is the go. and it really helps if you have another bus alongside with the hump off so you can see what you should be feeling, if you get what I mean.
