The key word Raz Tracks not the road im no angel but if you are stupid enough to get cought 3 times what do you expect them to do Confused just remember you mite come round a bend one day to find a hoon doing a burnout in your parth how would you feel if you found out that they have been caught more than 3 times but still have there car bike etc to wipe you out.

If vechiles are seized auto theft will rise sharply like it did in a few other countrys. These laws are just a mask for the real problem the Gov has in retrieving millions of dollars in unpaid fines, the alternative they found is seizure laced with corrupted officials. Here in QLD the news reported that the vechile will be confiscated sold at auction and the funds would go towards unpaid fines and if there is anything left than the rest goes to the owner of the vechile. That and ones financial situation can cause a social stigma, crime wiil rise if the person on the recieving end is in some sort of financial trouble.Taking in consideration that you dont have to be hooning to go over the speed limit these laws are going to be very unjust. The law is very blind towards ones problem or situation and individual casses are hardly a benchmark for legal stance.Corruption will rise in the police force as it has been shown in the past by using that same law to intimidate and extract money from the offender by reminding him what would be the cheaper alternative a little bribe or lose your wheels. The police should not do traffic infringements but should stick to the important things like drug dealers, child molesters rapists, corrupt politicians/police and the rest of the socially disfunctional dipshits that need looking at.I dont expect the police to do much while their waist line goes up like a thermometer its pretty obvious that they depend on snitches and the sort to actually close a case, alternatively stopping bikes and fineing people will not only get their wages in line but gives the illusion that they actually work.It is ironic that we pay for their wages.Maybe setting up better/harder liscense tests and fixing the crap roads we have will drop the number of people losing their lives on our streets

I had lunch with a mate in Brissy yesterday. In general conversation he was telling me that a mate of his (copper in a small town) has got an awesome bike & car & other stuff.
When things are seized by the cops & auctioned, the cops rig the bidding so that they are the auction winning bid & they get things at a 'reasonable' but supposedly legitimate price.
My mate said this copper he knows has some really nice gear.

That sorta thing makes me f*&^ing angry. any police officer found to be corrupt shuld have penalties double what a normal civilian would have under the same cirumstance. Polce officers are supposed to be role models for the law in our communities, nowwith that thought in mind think how bad some of the communities have become........

I don't know what all the fuss is about.
If you slow down just a little you will find a whole new world out there.
Trees, mountains, grass...oh yeeeees the grass......
Where is everyone in hurry to go to?
THAT is the question.

Now that is why I have so much respect for Dj (what happened to the spew icon)
He can totally change the direction of a thread without actually changing the subject..............
