Snowys weekend, busas v ducatis
#1
What a mental weekend. Fun, fast riding with the busa group showing off how fast a busa goes and the ducati boys just plain showing off. There was a LOT of waiting around in petrol stations every 150kms. I'll let the boys tell the highlights, but this is the only photo I took. The top of Mt Hotham AFTER the weather had cleared. The ride up was the scariest thing I have done. If it wasn't for a VERY nice man (who had a tendancy to get lost a LOT), I'd probably be still out there.

Just one thing, one thing I love about this club and riding with us, is we don't leave anyone behind. This group were absolute bandits for not worrying about anyone else but themselves.

Great to see a bit of bad weather did'nt put you off , also good to see a duke playing in the wet.
I'm glad to hear you made it back without getting lost Heidi, the fog looks pretty thick!
I know when we are riding in numbers if there is someone missing , it gets noticed pretty quick , and we make sure they are found.

That is a clear shot, no bull, most of the time you would not even have been able to see as far as that first Ducati in the photo!

Yep we had about 2 meters visibility up the mountain wet & cold if the first Guy had of driven off the cliff we all would of followed, for those of you that did the lap on the first year of Jindy very similar except you couldn't see anything this time for about 20 minutes.
How about the Guy on the push bike coming down the mountain I reckon he was dead meat waiting to happen Idiot2
On the up side the down run was fantastic Pi_thumbsup
