I have a really quiet Nolan (Stoner replica) and a new M2R (Vixen) that is nearly as good.
However, before you blame the helmet, consider what type of jacket you are wearing.
I have found over the years that the collar on a jacket can contribute a lot to wind noise by directing airflow upwards around your neck..
I have two jackets that are great and they have a sort of neck wrap that velcros around the front and sits on the neck like a sleeve.
But I also have a couple of jackets that have a sort of roll of leather or a normal collar and these ones tend to be very noisy and I'm sure it is the disruption to air flow around the neck area that causes it.
Putting a neck warmer or balaclava on can also restrict the noise as well.

I have the same helmet - and i agree - its noisy - just as well i have an mp3 player with earbuds -- but still hear the wind at higher speeds and it gets to loud at times ..... ( the wind that is )
Boc
Hayabusa , If your not on one , your behind one .....
Take the pipe off when riding and walk on your hands ?
lol gcbusa with the band comment..
kinda like the tap dogs except the busa squeeky band.
i found my ear mould plugs and ipod block out all the noise..
also different screens play a part of wind noise.when i ride hubs bike he had electrical ajustable screen.but his bike makes my helmet far noisier..than normal no matter what setting you raise it too.
yep the jackets do make things noisy too ..
i have a brand shark rsi helmet and they are dead quiet! very light and comfortable! the only helmet that i can flip the visor up at 100km/h and not here a thing except the exhaust! lots better than my other craft rx6 helmet which is heavy and noisy.
my heads a 61-62 nice and snug fit!
