Learning a new setup.Had a few good runs with simmo,no contest for horsepower.My best and simmos best were the last run of the night.9.41 to my 9.64.I,m happy to have done another 1.5 60ft just need to find some lost mph.143 to 150mph puts things into perspective.116.58 to 121.8mph half track they may as well be different bikes.The gen 2,s got big horsepower.Quickshifter for me next and we,ll see if theres a low 9.50 in the bike.Good onya rob,good to see someone doing the numbers here in oz.[/i]

WELL DONE TO THOSE WHO IMPROVED THERE NUMBERS. SPAMAN VERY GOOD NO'S. PROBABLY 9.50'S WILL HAPPEN WITH THOSE LOW 1.5'S AND A QUICKSHIFTER, SOME PEOPLE SEE A DIFFERNCE OF A COUPLE OF TENTHS FOR EITHER A AIRSHIFTER OR QUICKSHIFTER BUT GETTING USED TO IT WILL TAKE SOME ADJUSTING.

GOOD MPH AT 143. YOUR PRETTY CLOSE TO THE BEST THE GEN 1 TIME THAT'S ACHIEVABLE WITHOUT CAMS,HEADWORK ETC, ALTHOUGH CHRIS HAS VENTURED INTO THE 9.5'S OVER THERE.

9.4-9.6'S IS BLOODY QUICK ON 2 WHEELS FOR SOME OF THE JOURNEY.

Actually were were looking under Robs tank and scratching our heads to see why it went so quick. Congrats to the lads are in order for another PB, unexpected so late in the season. Also, congrats to Guido for giving me a walloping and pulling off his first 1.6 sixty footer!

revitt i have done a 9.580 before.It just got lost in the hype of simmo first night out with a pipe on.Nothing less than a 1397 will match that thing,or another gen2 rider that can ride..based on mph a piped gen2 is at least a 2.5 tenths quicker bike.

Wish I was at home to a least make up the numbers. Got my new stock K8 so will try her out stock as a rock when I get home end of this month. Hoping to SMASH the 11 sec mark and give Guido a run for his money- got a fuggin problem with that mon amis?

No worries guido.10.1,s are calling mate. A few more 1.6 60,s and your there.Breakthroughs are great.Remember fellas these times are from a 125kg rider with a steely resolve and lots of practice.I wouldn,t want to turn up next to him on a stock height gen2 unless you can ride.

spaman, i agree with the 2.5 tenths diff between a gen 1 & gen 2 which is what i've noticed between my stock times of 0.25 down the strip. Bruce you will be in the 10's 1st pass. nothing like pressure. hehe
