Rev-it and I were talking today about a ride to Collie area. Hands up Sandgropers??
If we want to add on Ferguson valley, that's a good few hours. What about pillions?

Looks like maybe 5 for the ride. If we want to do Collie, and maybe around the back of Wellington dam, it will be a longish day in the saddle as the back roads are not really suited to high speeds!
So I think we should get away around 0900 (meet up around 0830) from southern end of Kwinana Freeway at the Caltex (same as last time). Same track to Pinjarra, then unfortunately the main drag to Collie. Bit boring and probably cops everywhere down that stretch. Then up the hill at Roelands to Collie and we can divert around Worsley triangle for a few curves. Luch in Collie, and then we can do Mumballup, part way to Donnybrook then into the hills around the back of the dam and out at Dardenup or similar. Then the boring treck back to Perth. Still, beats fishing!

Onya! It's probably a bit boring to ride up the SW highway, but if you rode down the hill, the followed us back to Collie via Worsley?
After that, down through Wellington dam area Ferguson valley etc. You could double back to Donnybrook if you wanted to add miles, and tthe back to Collie.
Call me on 0438 798 980 if you want to discuss as we can alter the track if you like.

Ive been told the ride from Collie to fuelemup and then to revemup where you turn left to feelemup and cut over to touchemup then back in to Collie via drinkemup is a good one but I'm happy to tag along any way you guys go.

Silly f*&^ing names they have here Bruce

Two questions.
Same track both ways, I don't care. If we had heaps of times you can go down the back way through Williams, but you'd almost need a tent. Southwest has the advantage that you can skip around cars if you need to, and once at Pinjara, you can go up the secret track where Police hardly ever go.
As for the revemup and that stuff....up, as long as there's no fuckups it should be OK.
It's a democratic world too, so we can always change tracks along the way.
Blackzook, if we leave the end of the freeway around 0900 or a bit earlier, we can stop somewhere and give you an ETA at Roelandsup if you like. My mobile is 0438 798 980 if you want to call and exchange numbers?

Sorry your not going to make this one Ian, I have a mate tagging along on his BlackBird too so we should have 6 or 7 bikes I guess. See you at HJ's for a coffee around 8:30am guys. Will see how we do for time but I'd like to be home NOR around 3pm if possible so may have to peel off a little early. Looking forwarding to meeting you blackzook and some more new faces.
Short fat middle aged Irish guy on K6 Busa with red helmet/Jacket, that'd be me
Cheers
