Changing avatars

Hey guys I'm trying to change my avatar but I keep getting a message back that the photo/file's too big.

How do you resize your photos to upload them?

If you have an account with one of the online photo storage sites like Photobucket they have an option to resize photos to Avatar size if you select to resize a photo.

That is how I did it anyhow.

Most pic programs have a edit button then resize it
If you cant do it email it to me and i will resize and send back
