Shout box option??

To the website gurus,
Have we ever considered a 'shoutbox' option for the site? Excuse me if you already know, but it is just a live chatbox on the front page of the forum where you type, hit enter, and it rolls up on the screen.

Think of it quite often when I log on, like now, and I seen Nem was on also. Would have loved to been able to just ask "How you going mate" or "How's the weather at home" (because I am away). Bit of added comradery.

Just a thought...

from memory it wasnt a genuine shoutbox that openly scrolls on front page, but almost like a mini PM box, but DJ give it another shot if you like tho see if you can get the genuine thing, ie front mini scroll box.

Not yet it isn't. Just started my 3 day weekend, and depending on your altitude, it's either snowing or raining. And regardless of where you are, it's cold...still. Week and a half to go.
