Cant blame United Arab Emirates for their spending habits as Britney Spears spends an average 1Million a month on her monthly shopping also in Sydney alone we spend millions a week in casinos and pokiess, We are all selfish in our own way that whys Im not affaird to call myself An Asshole farkwith and so on

Difference is that here in Vic the Personal Plate system is run by the Gov & so the costs are kept to a minimum.

In Qld is run by a private company for the transport dept. So they can charge as much as they like.
