Sounds to me like its time to move over to 4 wheels, the busa may have become a slug.

Have built a couple of 900 to 1000 hp LS1 powered cars over the years & if you can get traction you'll spank most bikes. Was racing a gsxr1000 one night (had 165 hp) in a 04 Monaro (not my car) & would just walk away from it from about 160, the Monaro only had around 700 hp at the time. With 900 hp you'd still be pedaling it at 200. Of course im talking street tyres not race tyres. This sort of hp not uncommon these days.

but having said hat the hard part is getting the car to go faster than a bike its getting the car to go faster than a bike and be reliable. which in the end is wat costs alot of money. but at the end of the day spend 6-9 grand on a stage one turbo on a busa and get it tuned right and then there wont be more than a few street cars in aust that would keep up in roll ons. that was proved by th video we all saw a while back of a 900hp comaro or something similiar was outrun uptop by a stock busa except for a 4-1 exhaust. the same 900hp car was then pitted agaisnt a busa cant remember if it was a big motor or stage 1 turbo but it dissapered before the guy in the car got in a gear change. so i guess you can spend 60 grand on a monaro and another 40 grand making it go fast or 18 grand on a new busa and 6-9 grand making it go faster

I laugh when people say "Dude, there's a car faster than your 'busa!" After I stop laughing, I just ask if I'm allowed to spend as much on my 'busa as the car's owner did. I remember watching a video a few years ago released by some workshop in Sydney with a Skyline eating up a 'busa on a drag strip, followed by the as-built price for the engine in the Skyline. $87,000 on the engine alone.

Mmmm, engine pornography... sorry, got distracted Lol3

Yeah do it for a living, Used to work at a well known performance shop in the cranbourne area but id rather not mention any names. New owners now & its not the same as it used to be. Used to get out to Calder most fri nights & run customer cars - all about 2 years ago now. These days i build off road race cars, Aust safari, Fink desert, condo 750, that sort of thing. The monaro i mentioned was yellow & a cover car a few times, Last i heard it lives in SA now, Could almost but a holiday house for what that cost !!

Wtf you serious?
Let me get behind the wheel.
I handed my mates cbr250 every time in my charger,an i KNOW
a standard gtr would hose my charger.
To get the best time out of a gtr,its all about the 60 ft time, well
its like that with everything but its easy with a gtr, dial it up to 7000rpm
an step off that clutch an hold the gas Coolsmiley

Drop the clutch at 7000 rpm at a set of lights an get back to me.
250cc bikes struggle to do 14's.
An you own a car that does 13.0 stock as rock with traction.
The only ones that go good are aprillia rs250,rgv250's an nsr 250,
all the 2 stroke models.
