whats it cost where you are? in sa full rego for 12months is$408.
breakdown is
rego charge $31
admin fee $6
emerg services levy $24(just another tax)
ctp (third party ins) $263.49
stamp duty on ins $60
& then the double dip
gst on the ctp $23.51
what are you paying?

I just paid mine today

Rego $51:00
Motor Vehicle Tax $49:00
CTP Greenslip $379.73

Total $479.73

The CTP was the cheapest I could find, its with GIO other went all the way up to $680

What a ripoff..........the car CTP was $50 cheaper than the bike

Vics is postcode dependant, think mine was $480, due in April so i should get a notice soon.

and Ive been riding solo for 99.9% of the last 8 yrs but I dont think Vic has the solo option.

XR400 = $350 per year

250 = $297.00 per year
