Well simmos copper busa made its last appearance at the drags last night before it sadly gets pulled down for sale.Finally the lazy bastard did a partial clean out of the fuel system(how dirty do you reckon it was?) and the bike came good.first run 9.7 seconds followed by 3 more 9.7 second passes.Several 144mph runs(with 4 factory pro stacks).Had quite a few nose to tail passes with him(me leading because i red lighted Lol3

) and in general he averaged 1 -2 tenths quicker(my best 9.8@145mph).I just can,t launch with my current setup,this will change.So i don,t know when simmo will be back with his new bike but i suspect the drag bug will be biting.PS i let him win to have a happy send off Lol3

not.A side note guido cracked a 136mph pass(no mirrors of course).Not bad for 130kg and no tucking. Scary

This is a snippet of a run that my sis took the other week, my 1.6 vs your 1.8 60'. It shows the merit in launching hard (in fact the end result was very close, you gotta get traction all the way). Naturally they missed my 1.5 60', amateurs!

I dream of times like that!
Went back to the track after the 6 month rebuild last night and woeful runs. Best was a 10.3!
Maybe I'm fatter!

Current market price for copper is about $7,000 per ton.

It will be sad to see it broken up as a unit Rob.
