How many of you not using the clutch when upshifting
sometimes it feels like c/s is smoother and some people say that its actually better for the transmission, what do you guys think?

I always use the clutch for shifting, and have never (touch wood right now!) bent a selector fork. Get the weight off the motor when changing before releasing the clutch lever.

i hardly ever use the clutch on the way up with 3 busa never had a problem but it comes down to if you can do it properly or not sometimes i mite just give a feather of the clutch but each to there own

No clutch - never had a problem.

If you load the footlever slightly then back off the throttle a smidge when you want to change, it will go through smooth as. Just don't force it and nothing will bend.

And would i be correct to say you would not use clutch at drags ?

Correct. But even on the road, I use it for upshifts anyway. Not so often for downshifts, as that's a bit harder to do clutchless. Often just feather the clutch on downshifts.
Mind you once I'cve gassed the bottle it will be air shift at the drags soon! (that just has an ignition interrupter, same as backing off the throttle a bit really.

You would - Clutch off the line and then dont touch it again.

Others fan the clutch thu the gears and are just as quick.
