I was riding on the Eastern Freeway close to Kew on the weekend and was distracted by an almost army green coloured unmarked bmw police bike that had pulled someone over.

If your riding in the area (Raz, I know you do) be aware. There was also a large amount of marked cars around, one almost catching me by suprise.

With no cameras on the road (excpet on the alexandra pde section) I notice bikes doing high speeds on the Eastern... not me of course but some people might.

Keep ya eyes peeled and make sure you always keep to a safe and legal speed (thats what the judge said to me when he told me 60 was to fast in an 80km zone) :-)

I have seen the unmarked BMW patrolling in the city. Pi_freak

One of our M/Bike couriers handed his radio in yesterday.
He said he was sick of getting booked, nearly everyday of this month. Wtf

the thing that nearly got me was I was so interested in focusing on him I didnt realise i was being followed by a marked police car.
