A very f*&^ing long ride - around 1800kays -on my GSXR11, that was a pain in the arse, wrists, arms, knees were rooted, but top end speeds once I got into South Aussie, sat on 220s to 250s, got booked 5 kays out of Woomera for 129 in a 110. Very lucky, great ride, never again! Max
Good weather, good woman, good road, good bike, good-bye!!

2150km from Adelaide to Brisbane in 24 hrs including 9 pitstops and a wait past Cobar for the servo/truckstop to open in the morning. Glad to have achieved , but never again , was young/dumb/ and full of cum at the time and only had the 1988 GSX1100F for a week before i ventured off.

i did brisbane to just south of west wyolong in 1 day. 2am start and 10pm finish. how many km's? maybe 1200, but finished the trip to melb the next day. then rode home 3 days later. total trip of 5500km's in a week
just take plenty of stops to stretch and stretch whilst riding too... and keep eating and drinking all day. my butt was fine but the wrist became a bit sore. cheers Rob

Bris to Mackay is only a short one. I used to live in Bris & work in Mackay. Drove Mackay to Bris every Friday evening & back again every Sunday evening. Did that for about a year.

As it is I struggle to travel the 300meters walk from home to work.

Nyce 2 cee sum uthers orlso doo sum long rydes. Ive dun Melborn to Sidnee and bak a cupl of tyms , each way in 1 day. Have also dun the Sidnee - Brizben run in a day as well. Generally dont take the main roads, lots of back roads and lots of speeds as well. Cant rate the hydration pack good enuf, completly esenshal. I find the highways make me more tired than back roads coz its just strait, strait, strait, but taking back roads adds to the kms.
