from memory my 01 with bolt on cans weighed in at 252ish full of fuel with the tool kit and some other shit under the back seat

honestly, regardless of where you buy them light wheels and great brakes are enjoyable at all speeds.If you seek to question this, come to jindabyne and go for a spin on mine or dads bikes and see for yourself.As i change wheels around for the drags, when i put my light wheels and 190/55 rear tyre back on again I just love the bike all over again.
