Just an observation.

I do agree that whoever started the Busa rumor is full of shite.

Hey Terry i dont bothered wasting my time with mindless post
I only posted this to make people aware of what was seen.
They could have been testing,
I had it suggested to me BY an officer ? that there were two impersonators apprehended and are awaiting trail next month.
If they were impersonnators they fooled the guy that spoke to them & the 4 other police in the 2 camrys that were working the mountian with them.

Sounded like a cover up to me. If the police were getting geared up why would they say anything but (its not true)
The police dont have to purchase all vehicles on contract or bulk
There is a Triumph & a Kawa( is there a Kawa contract?) sitting in the alderley highway patrol garage.
As with cars there is a contract with holden.ford which we see around but how many does that mean they have to buy? Is the superchared toyota aurion( highway patrol) a one of deal or is there a fleet of them. does that also mean the VW gti golf unmarked car in brissy. Mitsubishi unmarked Lancers grey, red also in brissy arent on the fleet contract or they dont exist either.

I dont care people are welcome to believe what ever they want i know id rather think things are going to be tuffer out on the roads from now on.

It wouldnt really surprise me to see just about anything at Alderley. The QPS is continually trialling different vehicles, and not justr for traffic or Generals. You would be amazed to see what the Coverts and the Surveilance guys get around in and on (cars and bikes).

Nothing wrong with keeping everyone guessing though. I havn't heard about anyone impersonating lately, but it is always possible. Would it surprise you to hear that Honda is talking their latest offering to Cornubia tomorrow for testing?
Cheers,
Terry

Coverts and the Surveilance guys simply select their vehicles from the police siezed vehicles impound yard ................ so there out there in anything that rolls.

Apologys for the misunderstanding Terry but I never said he worked there,he was there on some kind of business,he was stationed/working at the pickering str police garage.I struck up this conversation while looking at one of the new BMW models,I was curious on how much credibilty the info posted on this forum had,I tought it would be an ideal time to find out and what he said was "BULLSHYTE NO BUSAS".

Mono , the Golf was obviously working our area last weekend too. I saw it and the policeman booking people throughout Lawnton and Petrie last saturday. When I went to Petes Pitstop the other week there was a Holden SS ute working the highway and a Holden Sportwagon working the Gateway.
