I am not in favour of this feature on the site but I suppose it could be looked at as a positive as well as a negative.

Now that I have the responsibility of an admin role, I will see how well the reputation system works for a while and if there are any dramas with it the admins on the board will review it's functionallity.

I think the only thing good about it is if you can see who gave you the + or - and i think it being abused already as mechanx should be about -5 not 5 Lol2

Click on your point mate, it will come with a comment and who posted it. Unless you pissed someone off really big then I would be hesitant to issue anybody on this forum a negative point.

On other forums that I am a member of, a positive point for any form of reputation is given if you really help somebody out, ie somebody had a problem, and you got on the phone and helped them out. I know that there are people on this forum who truly add value every day, and who do so regardless of what points they may be awarded.
