They do that here to call for OT, by sending from a computer program it cuts down the individual phoning of so many staff
my staff call in sick via SMS Knuppel2 i think it's easier to lie that way!!


Now that's just plain rude!
We call comm's (24hrs) and they cover the staffing from there.
