hey all, when looking to purchase a bike i rode both the ZX14 and Busa, The ZX definatley did not turn into corners well i noticed on the first corner. Then i rode the Busa and felt at one with the bike so i bought it, havent looked back. PS the ZX was a 07 model and the Busa is an 04.. I loooove it...

it'll be
just sitting in a loung room for owners wanking & viewn' plessure like anything that dear . we are talking real world rego'd bikes up for grabs for anyone
thats willing to trade or spend 3x modded busa's +1 rat busa for a $97K bike maybe with a battery so they can ride it !,,,,
the extra $6K will be there bike insurance
yes thats all true, but the thread says hayabusa is the most powerful which clearly it isnt.......take away the"v thing" and the bmw and zx10 still have it covered. sorry to rain on your parade
I suppose some of us need to re-evaluate the situation?
Do we own/ride Busa's because they "were" the most powerful bike, or do we own/ride em because we love em??
Personally, i love em, she can be the Heaviest, Ugliest, Slowest with the Least HP for all i care.
As we all know, when your at the top, there is only one way you can go.

Well I couldn't bag any NRL teams as I love the game.
Even Manly sometimes.
Also what about the Y2K bike if we are pulling rabbits out of hats?

I only got my baby last year so I can not speak from experience only from the hart. In my view it is not the number of horses in the ticker alone that makes Hayabusa the most powerful bike in the world. It is also it's history, the visual appeal and most importantly the whole legions of faithfull riders and owners. It is a legend and it always will be. That is it's real power. There wll be bikes with more power, more advanced electronics and all these riding aids like ABS and traction control. But that does not matter as it will not take anything away from the bike for a real man. Every one knows or heard of Hayabusa. On the other hand - ZR what????

Well I had a guy today get stuck into me... not happy.. when asked what I rode, I said a Hayabusa, he laughed at me and said there shit, to big and can't corner and I was having a mid life crisis to buy one. I was quite taken back on how rude he was. Firstly the Hayabusa is not like any other bike on the road, it is a magnificent engineering masterpiece and it depends on how you ride it. I am 5" 7 and handle to bike just beautifully. I am also not having a midlife crisis, I have placed my passion for bikes on hold to bring up family, they are now self sufficient and I finally have the money for me to buy a bike I have dreamed of owning, how is that a midlife crisis? Any tips to throw back at this uneducated wanker would be appreciated.

What's he riding? Obviously not a busa and never has.
Tell him at least you got a bigger thing between your legs than him and his missus would probably love it as well..

Jealousy can be a curse. Plus he's probably totally intimidated that you can handle a hayabusa, and he's never had the balls to ride one.
I wouldn't shit can anyone elses bike even if I thought so.
The fact that he even needed to say something is proof that you've already won.
I don't want a pickle . . .
Ask the wanker what model Piaggio scooter he owns.

The fact that he even needed to say something is proof that you've already won. dumbass wank probably owns one of those pushbikes with the wippersnipper motors in it. as for the bussa having the most hpr who cares if the zx is the most powerfull or not. they still cant match the topspeed of the bussa. cast your eyes back to the early 2000s where all the other bike manufactures got together and said NO BIKE SHOULD BE ABLE TOGO FASTER THAN 300. its only cause the bussa could not be caught.honda tryed with the blackbird. kwaka tryed with zx and still have failed.the bussa is still the fastest unmodified production bike you can bye straight off the showroom floor
