Has anybody heard whether Heidi has flogged anyone on the Alpine run? or has she had a lungbuster and saved the world from GBH?

Hope she has maintained her focus and the boys have taken a flogging, just to keep her from breaking her three week, should be four week by now, break from the dreaded lung-busters.

My neighbor has just tried hypnotherapy
It's only her 4th day of being a non smoker.
She is thrilled and doing great.

Of course then there is the simplest form of giving up smoking as a mate at work told me many years ago.
She said "Max - all you have to do to stop smoking is stop putting the bloody things in your mouth!"

Good if they worked anyway. Eventually, after nearly 30 years of smoking I ended us using 'smoke Enders" They taught me how to give up the lung busters and now, after close to 7 years of not smoking I don't want to smoke.
I was smoking $3+ grand a year. I've saved over the cost of a new busa plus a set of Yoshis and and and.
