When I look in the mirror and I see this old fucker of 56 looking back at me I realise the time has been well spent, albeit fleeting. I read a thing years ago about an old man writing a letter to his nurses asking them to be a littlke more considerate as he was a father, a brother, had been a soldier for his country, had raised 4 or 5 kids, been well employed and paid his taxes for 50 od years, why were they treating him like a non-entity and a child?

Was very thought provoking.
