Just installed another version that actually optimizes and resizes the pics.
These are hotlinked anyway so in theory shouldn't effect our server...correct Richard?

Correct - the hotlinked ones wont.

BUT - people on a slow connection will be affected, cause it has to download the image entirely before it resizes, and some of your originals are Megabytes.  Resized and optimised, they are half a meg, or less, often.  So, can be 4 times quicker....


(actual rates may vary, depending on the individual's circumstances... )
