Re busy tried to make it match the header so not too contrasty. The text areas are still black text on white. In any case it's just another option. Might try a faded black and white version..

Nah, it's just my knackered eyes Pete, computer screens torture them, I doubt others would have an issue.

Hye Pete, you are getting some noice graphics going

I find anything with too much red/orange makes the header graphics hard to focus on... I really like background #2 as it made everything else pop out better, also good for aging eyes LOL

No worries. I think the red is just too much and does not match though. Now if we had a similar pic with an 09 gold hayabusa going down the road, I think that would work nicely.
If anyone has a suitable full size pic or can find one, appreciate the help..

or a white or black would be ok too...looking

actually what about version 3?
That has white and gold. Needs finishing a little though with top links etc

awesome! I like the new backgrounds! Using v3 atm but like v2 as well.

V3 better - suits the pic in the middle with the gold and the lighting in the tunnel.
