Please don't replace stickers with band aids Heidi.

I loved those band aids, they made me laugh for thousands of kms. I need to customise this bike, otherwise it will always be just a bike to me. My last bike I loved.

Thanks HEAPS for the offer Bikerboy, I really appreciate it. I will take you up on that offer. I've heard you have a new toy...

Heidi....
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE .... Yes heat guns are great but do yourself a HUGE favour, find ANY local signwriter or supply shop and ask them for a TEFLON RAZOR BLADE. I'm a signwriter, my dad and i look after heaps of the race teams. Don't risk scratching the tank or fairings, the teflon razor blade will sting the bank account for the huge and painful sum of about $2 and will last you for ages.

If you can't find one please message me and i'll happily throw one in an envelope for you.

Thanks all! Alchemist, that sounds like an incredibly useful thing to own! I'm going to trot down to Bunnings and grab one.

What I will probably end up doing is using the brains trust, Bikerboy to put some ideas together for me, then professional stickers and I might use a spray painter to put them on.

True and you can also get them of any car windscreen fitter. Prepsol also helps especially removing any glue left behind.
