Gave Suzuki a call only to find out that they are an extra part and at an extra cost of $265.
So using OEM Suzuki to replace 2 panels just cost me $995.
Went through similar experience with added bonus of getting LH top panel in wrong colour and the RH bottom panel with fingerprints embedded in top coating. Send them back 3(!) times for the same issue (fingerprints in paint) to be told that I am fussy and that the whole batch they had, have this problem. It took 6 weeeks to finally get it in acceptible quality. They had the heatshields already glued on though, but no cushions. After the discussions with a dealer I do not think it is a Suzuki Japan is to blame but Australian Suzuki P&A Division that can not get their s*#@t together. The worst in spares dealing I came across and I work in automotive industry. Still the complete set (LH+RH) cost me just over2K. Next time - Hello aftermarket!
