mate i think if you look at that and dont reckon you could do it yourself the price you would pay to get it done you might as well go and get a gixxer and look at the back of it every now and then. i reckon you would just chuck the busa subframe and cut and shut the gsx to suit. at a glance minimum tools would be a 9 inch grinder, tape measure, tig and plastic welder- and plenty of patience

Or you could build a brand new hand fabricated subframe....



and then bolt the gixxer rear straight to the new subframe - no cut and shut required
