CMC have a blue '07 siting beside an orange/black '08. You can see the relationship for sure, but the '08 certainly has the looks.

But, as I can't afford a newbie '08 I still love my '06, as slow as she may be. (bullshit - whosoever ever says a Hayabusa is slow hasn't ridden one!)

My 05 has so much more power to be explored before i upgraded, cant afford one either

Having now had both and compared.
I suggest that you DO NOT ride a k8 until you are ready to buy.
Otherwise you will be buying earlier than planned.
