carbon bike?? new hybrid?
been tyding garden up for hoard of visitors soon. get to go back to work tomorrow at last..two weeks quarrantined from them.. i have been going nuts-even more than usual

Yeah mate, The Carbon Busa is the only one registered at the moment
 The K9 & ZX12 are out of rego & no point having all 3 registered over winter. Bonus ride today as it was suppose to be raining with wind but there was a couple of drops this morning & then the sun came out & stayed out so I took off about 10am & have been thrashing Cee Bee around the hills all day  Went through 2 tanks of fuel & just got home 
Isn't it Ironic that my Favourite Stretch of Tarmac is called C.O.P.

afternoon all....
enjoyed my one day off so far.... washing, ironing, filing... Shopping.... colouring the hair... cooking the spag bol..... Many many things done so far.... Dinner nearly done. Spag bol casserole - yum! nice sunny day here...

A cook book hey?
Please add Papaya salsa. Served on toast or as an accompaniment to chicken, beef or fish. Sweet corn, papaya (pawpaw), roast capsicum - diced, small red onion, tomato. 2 tble spoons olive oil, 1 tble spoon of balsamic vinegar, black pepper and sea salt. Mix it all up roughly, sprinkle with oil, vinegar, pepper and salt. (add RED or WHITE wine) to wash it down with.

I am sooooooo sore in the legs
wondered why at training, why I was falling over at the start.... forgot the other night carrying a patient, 300 meters up a steep hill.... just us...... ouchies now.
